科研情况



研究方向介绍:

1 微生物抗菌肽与食品应用:开展芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌遗传选育,抗菌肽结构鉴定、抑菌机理、脂肽合成酶分子修饰及其抗菌肽对食源性致病菌的控制应用,旨在为天然食品防腐剂开发和应用提供理论基础。

2)食品微生物安全控制:针对食品或农产品中主要致病菌或腐败菌进行污染分析、检测靶点挖掘分子检测、环境胁迫机制、生物被膜控制和微生物耐药机制等相关基础和应用研究。
